Major Responsibilities:
List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.
1.Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
2.Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations.
3.Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
4.Maintain/keep financial reports in auditable condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.
5.Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.
6.Monitor key performance indicators.
7.Resolution of operational issues between finance and other functional departments.
8.Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites.

Key Competencies:
Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
1.Minimum 6 years experience in finance or Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company.
2.Strong English speaking and writing abilities. Must be able to communicate with people from different countrieswhose native language is non-English.
3.Trustworthy with unquestionable ethics.
4.CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
5.Experience with Hyperion and QAD is a plus.
6.Ability to work under pressure.
7.Ability to work independently without close supervision, but a team player.
8.Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions.

Education and Experience:

Educational:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA or other equivalent professional certification is preferred, but not necessary.

Experience:
Finance experience 6+ Years; With experience worked in a manufacturing company; Those with working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
