职位描述

Overall Purpose of Job:

This should be a broad overview of the position. Include overall scope of position and a description of authority the position has for programs/projects/operations and establishing policies.





Analyst Supply Chain, AP is responsible to coordinate with all plants including JVs' supply chain key metric reporting and follow up. Key metric reports include but not limited to - Inventory, freight, premium, on time delivery performance, inventory accuracy. This will involve regular follow up with all multiple sites, compilation of reports to bring transparency and required approval coordination. China Holding Trading activities coordination for inflators between TDAIC Xian, CHC and Buying plants like TFASS, STASS, Wuhan and any new additions. Coordination includes order, delivery follow up, CHC documentation maintenance and update in QAD system. In addition, this position will also extend general assistance to supply chain, AP.




Major Responsibilities:

List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.


· Lead Supply chain reporting coordination and follow up with all plants. Key reporting metrics include but not limited to -
o Inventory

o Freight

o On Time Delivery performance

o Inventory accuracy

· Compile reports for management review

· Strong follow up on timely compilation of reports per set frequency


· Assist in systematic documentation of department work instruction, procedures, training material both in hard and soft.

· Assist in budgeting process- preparation and monitoring, where required

o Goals

o OPSP budget

o Mid month forecast


· Support China Holding Trading initiative

o Follow up with plants on weekly orders

o Order analysis, resolve fluctuation issues

o Order management

o Ensure Order to Delivery well monitored between ordering and shipping plants

o Trading data entry in QAD system on timely basis

o Record keep on orders and delivery notes to ensure assistance in Order to Cash management



· Record upkeep

o Training calendar maintenance

o Record training schedules, calendar

o Documentation related to training material, work instruction and procedures

o Record upkeep for Internal trainers

o In future- soft upkeep of reports/ training material on website


· Coordinate general assistance to Supply chain department like -

o Maintain Supply chain key staff contact list

o Follow up on headcount approvals , internal trainer certification

o Any other general office assistance

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.



· Leadership skills to manage multi locations, multi plant environment

· Language capability - English , Chinese a must

· Good communication skills to manage different level of staff

· Good analytical and logical skills as required for reporting

· Personality to earn respect from plants

· Hands on previous experience in reporting and trading (preferred)

· Analytical skills to map business processes related to Material Management

· ERP experience - workable

· 6 Sigma Certification at least Green belt (preferred)




Education and Experience:

Educational:

· Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering

· Prefer - Specialization in Operations or Supply chain or Logistics Management

· APICS certified - American Production Inventory Control Society



Experience:

· 4-5 Years working experience , Preference Working experience in MNC companies

· Minimum 2-3 Years experience in Regional reporting role, interacting with multiple sites

· Knowledge on Trading activities / transactions preferred

· Knowledge of Material Planning process & ERP experience an added advantage

· Past experience on multiple plants reporting coordination required
