职位描述
? Recruitment and Reporting:
o Preparation of recruitment Adv. for applicant placement. Ensure that advertisement match with Company' vacant for required positions.
o Preparation of recruitment literature: JD, Hiring Procedure, summary of recruitment channels. Regularly tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all existing the recruitment channels, e.g. internal referral, internet, headhunter, newspaper, campus recruitment etc, take necessary actions to reduce the recruitment lead time.
o Support with HR Supervisor, Staffing to widen channel for recruitment.
o Receive and review incoming application forms including classification by position or department, screening and short listing candidate profiles. Submit application forms to relevant personnel when required. Follow and push recruiter to find qualified candidates.
o Schedule and confirm timetable for interview, inform interviewer and applicants.
o Prepare recruitment status and present to HR Manager and related personnel when required.
o Assist HR Manager with Monthly HR report, such as Opening and hiring report, headcount spreadsheet, training report, employee turn over report, and others data reports
o Responsible for coordination with new hire of per-commencement arrangement.
o Responsible for Resign Application, Exit Interview and Resign Procedure.
? Others:
o Assist HR Manager to maintain People soft system
o Other special HR project assigned by HR Manager
Key Competencies:
? Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources management or relevant.
? 5 years experience or above in HR function; prefer working experience in multinational organization.
? Familiar with recruitment and training procedure and process
? Well understanding of China Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations.
? Good English in oral and written.
? Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
? Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure
Education and Experience:
Educational: University degree or above
Experience: 5 years experience or above of HR function; prefer has working experience in a multinational organization.
