Main Responsibility :
1.Be responsible for new die cut products design and introduce them into mass production successfully.
2.Continuously to looking for solution for efficiency improvement and process optimization to increase value added.
3.Maintain technical specification system to specify correct material, work center and process parameters be standardized;
4.Study and analyze process data, improve process by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company and customer.
5.Liaise with process engineers closely to carry out the process control of new product to ensure the production progress of new product and the compliance with customer requirements.
6.Provide support to the personnel in production to ensure the continuous development of their skills
7.Seek new process capability for die cut products.
8.Other duties as requested.

Education and Training:
1.Diploma degree on engineering background and related, industrial tooling design is preferred.
2.Be familiar with generic quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, and CP etc.

Experience and Skill:
1.At least 4 years related experiences on die cutting process
2.Be familiar with die cutting machinery and process
3.Good knowledge on die cut materials, lines, films;
4.Machine operation experience is preferred.

Personality and Competency:
1.Good English competency, both written and spoken.
2.Good skill of AutoCAD.
