1. 5年以上外贸辅料工作经验。英语六级

2. 熟悉织标，印标工艺流程，熟悉辅料开发流程。

3. 了解欧美纺织品辅料测试要求，以保证开发的产品符合并通过测试。

4. 大专以上学历，英语口语流利，能处理日常英文邮件，与国外销售保持邮件沟通，跟据国外的要求开发出符合要求的产品。

5. 熟悉国内辅料供应商信息，能够开发有竟争力的供应商。

6. 有极强的业务操作能力，与供应商保持良好的沟通，处理各类开发过程中的问题。

7. 熟悉辅料产品的价格，收集不同供应商的价格，并与供应商协商合理的采购价格。

8. 能及时出差到不同工厂处理业务上的问题。

9. 发挥团队合作精神，与公司大货主管保持沟通并处理大货中出现的问题以保证货期及质量。

10. 额外有纽扣，拉链等金属件辅料的工作经验可优先考虑。

1. More than 5 years experience in trims and accessories. CET-6

2. Familiar with the development procedure of woven label, printed labels.

3. Familiar the test standard of U.S. market request, be sure the development product can pass the test.

4. Junior college degree or more, fluent English in speaking and written. Keep communication with oversea sales, according the sales request to develop the qualified product.

5. Familiar with the supplier chain for the trims, develop competitive supplier for the company.

6. Has the strong ability for the merchandising, keep good communication with supplier, deal with different problems during the development period.

7. Familiar with the costing for the woven labels, printed labels, collect cost from different suppliers, finalize the purchase price with suppliers.

8. Willing to travel to the factories.

9. Be team work in the company, communicate with production department to ensure the quality and delivery on time.

10. Other trims experience such as buttons, zippers would be a plus.
