- Production and Development follow-up (Time & Action)

- Sample checking (general quality, measurements, sewing finishing, color standards, fitting, hand labor, fabric quality and hand feel, trims, tags, labels, etc)

- Daily communication with buyers and factories

- Identification of factories and negotiation of price, payment terms, deliveries etc

- Ability to evaluate garments along development continuum

- Understanding and exposure to woven and knitted textile fabrics

- Ability to anticipate and identify problems early in the time line process so that strategies can be created to stay on time

- Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time

- Ability to multitask and work in busy, fast paced, time-sensitive environment

- Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the price according to our price method, quality and lead-time. Send best package to buyer

- Give feedback to supplier regarding price and possible requests for improvements

- At least 3- 5 years experience working in garment industry in the same position from buying office/ trading company. Good knowledge in woven

- Can work independently and under pressure
