职位描述
Position Title: Logistics Supervisor （物流主管）
Division: Supply Chain
Report to: Trading Supply Chain Manager
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
This position exists primarily to assist logistics manager to lead the Logistic team (including the 4 functions of Planning, Procurement, Import & Export and Warehouse) to support company daily operation and business development, pushing for department process/procedures optimization and implementation.
1. Logistics Management: forwarder management, freight cost control, local Customs/CIQ policies and regulatory compliance.
2. 3rd party warehouse Management: ensure monthly stock counting accuracy (location, batch number and quantity) in system, regular 3rd party auditing.
3. Inner Department Procedures & Working Instructions Optimization and Implementation. Review the inner department procedures & working instructions periodically, and make sure the procedures & working instructions compliance.
4. ERP system implementation in Logistic department.
5. Execute Customs Clearance of import shipment at WGQ FTZ
6. Vendor management for I/E companies & customs brokers
7. KPI control for import, export operation performance
8. Ensure data consistency in Customs system and match with ERP as well as physically
9. Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
10. Keep documentation for import and export per SOP
11. Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction
12. Interface to well communicate with relevant government functions, e.g. Customs office, CIQ, , CMTC, etc
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in international trading, logistics, supply chain management, business management, etc. is preferred
2. at minimum experience equivalent to 5years on multinational company in supply chain function, especially for import handling in free trade zone
3. Be familiar with Customs and government regulation about medical device and foreign trade practice, experience in Healthcare industry is preferred
4. Good analysis skills, be good at Microsoft Office Excel, Word, etc.
5. Excellent demonstrable inter-personal skills, ability to collaborate in Teams and to work independently with extreme self-initiative and influencing skills
6. Fluent in English and Chinese communication (written and oral)
