工作内容：

岗位职责：

1.精通各种服装的生产制作流程
2.负责监督、检验生产的服装大货；
3.负责随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，与工厂有很好的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题
4.负责订单的品质与交期的全程管理和监控，确保货物品质交期满足客人需求。

任职要求：
1． 具备服装生产的技术管理经验，精通服装的制作及全盘生产监控，包括流程、工艺要求、板型、品质要求等。

2． 熟悉各种原辅料的外观判定，对服装整体市场有一定的认识。

3. 要一定的工厂管理经验，能分拆成衣的所有工艺并核价，对所有的大货生产款制定明确的排期表，能针对货期,生产过程的品质问题、进度的及时预防性控制。

4、 能熟练书写相关的质量检验报告，及时处理并反映生产、检验环节中发现的质量问题，并提出相应的纠正和预防措施。

5、 责任心强，对工作积极热情，服从工作安排，能独立胜任工作。

6、 能够适应经常性的短处出差。

7、 完成领导交办的其他任务。

8、 大专以上学历，能看懂简单的英文资料。
