A. Basic Purpose and Function:

1. Implement effective quality control for product and process in accordance with company quality objective.
2. Collect and analyze all customer and factory related quality issues and make corrective & preventive action to meet the CSI targets

B. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and implement quality assurance programs to improve the product quality through research and analysis of inspection result, product defects, test performance, warranty record as well as Complaints of customers
2. Manage the quality control process with ISO procedure. and extending QCC and six-sigma to identify improvement opportunity and implement improvement action plan.
3. Collect quality data and use SPC to do statistics and analysis
4. Maintenance ISO quality system effectively through annual internal and process audit and regular management review . take corrective and preventative action to solve non-conformity.
5. Keeping contact with national and local authorities to ensure our product meet the statutory industrial requirements.
6. Implement effective evaluation for skills & performance of subordinates and build up good team work spirit.

C. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Familiar with ISO 9001 system. And TS16949 PPAP procedures
3. Minimum 8 years working experience in mechanical industry and quality management.
4. Good communication and coordination.
5. Proficient written & spoken English.
6. Know how to use Microsoft tool such as power point, word document and excel worksheet etc.
