Job Responsibilities:

1. Support purchasing department manager for:支持采购经理开展工作：

1.Working for new company's supply chain set up, and vendor development for all kind of suppliers who can supply including raw materials (rolling, forging, casting,etc.),workshop consumable materials (oil, chemical mateials, working tools&facilities, etc.),welding parts, heat/surface treatment service, mechanical &lubrication & hydraulical& piping&electrcial assembly parts etc. ；为新公司供应链建立，发展供应商工作，各种供应件包括原材料（轧材、锻件、铸件等），车间消耗品（油，化学品，工器具，装备等），焊接件，热处理/表面处理服务，用于装配的机械、润滑、液压、配管、电气件等

2. Organize the supplier's survey in the working scope of company, work together with quality Engineer, material planning engineer, technical support engineer for suppliers audit and development. Develop & update supplier database, supplier evaluation & development, supplier assessment & rating, supplier workflow, process, manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.在公司业务范围内组织供应商调查，与质量工程师、材料计划工程师、技术支持工程师一起开展供应商审核和建立。建立及更新供应商数据库、供应商评估和建立、供应商评估及评级、供货流程、业务流程，管理供应商，支持建立高效的合作关系。"

3. Purchasing activities of assigned commodities, price negotiation with supplier,analysis for the quotations,draft out purchasing orders, compile/sign purchasing contracts.采购需要购买的物品，与供应商进行价格谈判，分析报价，草拟合同，制作和签订采购合同。

For order handling,set up measures to monitor lead time of manufacturing/supply, competitive pricing, and quality, ensure supplier compliance with all requirements. 对合同执行，建立标准，监督供货/制造的交期，有竞争力的价格，质量，确保供应商满足所有要求。

4. Follow requirements of strategical purchasing requirements, implementing supplier qualification procedures to ensure right

suppliers are being selected;按照战略采购的要求，执行供应商分类程序，确保选择合格供应商。

5. Technical support for purchasing department to ensure right understanding for requirements

defined in technical specifications。技术支持采购部门，确保对技术要求的正确理解。

Organization and coordination of purchasing orders and following-up meetings with internal & external colleagues and business partners

组织和协调订单，参加与合作伙伴，内外部同事的会议。

6. Support purchasing manager, co-operate with other departments for company's operation:

支持采购经理，为公司运营与其他部门合作：

7. Follow the execution about project management, provide purchasing inquiry support during cost estimation period, organize the purchasing on time, push the delivery on time during the project handling period.服从项目管理的执行，在成本预算阶段提供采购询价支持，在项目执行阶段组织及时采购，推进及时交货。

8. Working with production planning and financial control, set up correct purchasing procedure for materials including materials& fixed assets &facilities & tools etc..

与生产计划和财务控制合作，建立正确的包括材料、固定资产、设施、工具等的采购程序。

9.Working with QA,technical support, cooperate with suppliers, ensure smooth cooperation for solving quality and technical understanding/problems.与质量、技术支持合作，与供应商配合保证在技术

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or similar;

本科以上学历，机械或类似专业毕业；

2.More than 3 years hands on experience in technical purchasing and sourcing experience in mechnical manufacturing field, more than 3 years purchasing&technical experience in equipment manufacturing;

在机械制造行业有3年以上技术采购和供应经验，3年以上设备制造采购或技术经验

3.Rich Knowledge of manufacturing or mechnical engineering, working in projects, handling of commercial contracts and has strong negotiation skill

在制造或机械设计、项目运作、商务合同执行上有丰富经验，有较强的谈判技巧

4.Good English and the ability for using computer;

良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力；

5.Have the ability to organize, cooperate, communicate, and also the ability of the official document composition.
