Job Responsibilities
1.Follow-up execution process of all company projects ,and do some documents for setup of all kind of regulations of company under the indications of project estimation manager .
跟踪已经建立的项目，在项目计划经理的指导下制定公司的各项规章制度。
2.Lead by project estimation manager and HR responsible staff, responsible for the training of the new estimation planning staff after you.
在项目计划经理的带领下并与相关人事负责人合作，负责在你之后入职的新员工的培训工作。
3.As a process setup team member,support to project estimation manager to do the support to production planning department. support the SAP project from project process view, focus on the setup of new project in SAP, receiving of drawing & BOM, monitoring and closing of the project, etc., technical support during the construction of SAP project, coordinate for the functional decisions ,running test, any adjustment during the final test.
作为流程组的成员，支持项目计划经理为生产计划提供支持。
从项目流程角度全面支持SAP项目，在SAP项目建设期间重点负责新项目的设立、图纸材料表的收到、项目的监督和关闭，协调SAP关于功能的决定、运行测试和在最终阶段的任何调整。
4.Keep contact with all related external divisions or customers who give orders to us, keep on communication & reporting to them， all of the above issues need to be reported to the project estimation manager .
与给我们订单的各外部部门或客户保持联系，保持沟通和汇报, 并将上述的过程及结果向项目计划经理汇报。
5.internally hold project meeting and push the relative departments follow the planning schedule and solve rthe probelm on time.
组织内部项目会议，督促相关部门按照项目计划开展工作并及解决疑难问题。
6.Fulfill the work requested by the manager
完成领导要求的其他工作。

Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or management;
本科以上学历，机械或管理类专业毕业；
2.Minimum 3 years work experience in mechanical industry, at least 2 years workshop management experience， rich experience for mechanical plant;
3年以上机械行业工作经验，2年以上车间管理经验,丰富的机械工厂经验;
3.Good English and the good ability for Microsoft office ,should be skilled at Microsoft Project ,especially skilled at the data processing by Excel and any other softwares ;
良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力，尤其是对微软项目管理软件要比较熟练,尤其是利用Excel或其他软件进行数据处理的能力；
4.Have the ability to organize, cooperate, communicate, and also the ability of the official document composition.
优秀的组织协调及沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力；公文写作能力；
5.Earnest working and have strong sense of responsibility.
做事认真，对工作责任心强。
