Tasks

- Cleansing of Customer Master Data in SAP MDM and OneCB (SAP MDG) according to the standards defined by MDPM

- Allocation of customer addresses (debtors) to the official ZF Customer Hierarchy

- Research about the legal and divisional structure ZF customer's during annual updates of the ZF Customer Hierarchy

- Continuous process improvements regarding Customer Master Data Management together with MDPM in Friedrichshafen

 

Skills and Capabilities

- Good knowledge about ZF's customers in China and Taiwan

- Meets high expectations regarding data quality and performance

- Willingness to do this job for at least 3 years

- Good English language skills, ideally also German

- Good communication skills and good team player.
