• Reporting and analysis of results from Asian entities, for BU directors and business managers in a timely and accurate manner

• Support / participate in defining and implementing business strategy including commercial, manufacturing and supply chain, resulting in helping business to achieve financial target

      

• Asian consolidation and reporting to the BU directors in the region and to the HQ in Paris

  

• 3 Manufacturing Entities : Changshu - China, India and Korea and 4 Trading entities: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China trading

    

• Insure a reliable and relevant reporting of accounts within the given timeframe. Communicate and explain results (P&L, OWC, Capex…) within the BU

• Analyze any deviations on fixed costs, margin (follow up of RM, yields, gaps of any kind) … and identify areas for improvements (procurement initiatives…), influence the changes.

• Prepare and consolidate information for Asian monthly forecasts, budget, and LT plan in coordination with business managers / plants…

• Assist to report / Optimize our Working Capital

        Complete and strengthen the internal control policies / checks within the organizations in compliance with Arkema’s rules.  

• Working in a multi cultural / lingual environments (sensitivity to cultural interactions)

• Different accounting and financial practices over the entities, and non homogenize accounting system yet

      

• Bachelor degree in controlling or finance/accounting or business management background is a plus

• At least 3+ years reporting and analysis experience, previous big 4 or multi-national company background is a plus

• Familiar with SAP system is a plus

• Business orientation and analytical attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good time skills (ability to meet the deadlines)

• Strong computer skills (advanced MS Excel skills required)
