Job Description:

The candidate will support R&D/TSD projects of product development and management. Daily responsibilities for this role include, but not limited to:

1. Work closely with engineers/scientists to plan and conduct experiments (raw material preparation, sample preparation, property testing, etc.);

2. Take charge of routine housekeeping and lab workflow;

3. Manage lab chemicals: ordering, receiving, repackaging and shipping;

4. Follow all EH&S requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Associate's degree or higher in chemistry / chemical engineering or related discipline; it is preferable to have organic synthesis educational background;

2. Experience of general operation and maintenance in chemical lab; it is preferable to have experience in epoxy related lab work including resin synthesis and analytical instrument operation;

3. Good experimental and documentation skills to generate and report reliable experimental results;

4. Be able to multitask;

1. Good interpersonal skill in R&D department, good at communicating with team members and project members;

2. Written and oral English skills.
