Position: Customer Quotation Manager, AP（亚太区总部）

The Role

All new customer enquiries are required to go through the Customer Quotation Authorisation (CQA) process in order to ensure rigorous and consistent evaluations including sound financial and risk assessments. The process includes obtaining input and agreement from all operational functions with the aim of gaining approval from Senior Management on pricing and commercial terms. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the management of this complete process. The Commercial Project Manager will also undertake the additional responsibility of running the AP CQA Department consisting of four Commercial Quote Analysts. This is a challenging role in a fast-moving business-wide process with accelerated development and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple customer and product quotations from the decision to pursue an opportunity through to the approval of the final business case including risk assessment

2. Project management of the cross-functional CQA team to ensure the timely receipt of inputs from contributory team members. This will also include multi-regional cross-functional team management.

3. Day to day management of the Commercial Department consisting of 4 Commercial Quote Analysts

4. Provision of open project lists to monitor all bid activity status

5. Participate in weekly pre-CQA meetings in which cross-functional CQA team members review all aspects of projects to be approved within the formal CQA

6. Providing Sales support and management for several Sales applications (SBPS, SAM and CQA Databases)

7. Running weekly CQA meetings, presenting and obtaining Vice President approval on all quotation packages

8. Participate in and present latest bid status during Product Portfolio reviews

Requirement:

1. Ability to assess and handle complex commercial situations and numerical analysis

2. Extremely self-motivated with high level of initiative

3. Strong problem solving ability

4. Excellent management skills with multiple projects, customers and multi-functional teams

5. Computing skills on all Office packages particularly Microsoft Excel

6. Ability to stay flexible with changing priorities and market conditions but to operate to tight deadlines

7. Confident, effective and clear communicator at all management levels within OUR CLIENT

8. Assertive and persuasive

Desirable

1. A Graduate with Business / Numerical / Engineering related degree

2. Understanding of OUR CLIENT product ranges is an advantage

3. Fluent English is essential, another European language is an advantage

4. Chinese language is an advantage
