1、根据公司移民项目的国内市场发展，进行市场有效性分析，制定适应国内市场的营销策略，并落地推行；

2、根据国内消费者行为需求分析，制定移民产品的策划包装以及推动市场部线上、线下推广策略执行；

4、负责团队搭建和员工培训，主导企业文化建设的基本方向，营造良好的团队氛围，打造优秀团队，确保公司的协调运转；

5、制订移民销售和售后服务流程、组织管理、业务管理体系，完善各项制度及工作流程，制定详细的服务规范，提高运营管理能力。

任职资格：

1、统招本科及以上学历，市场营销或相关商业类等相关专业优先。

2、对移民行业有深入了解，熟悉美国及欧洲市场行情及市场动态；精通全球移民市场营销管理，熟悉海外投资业务的运作相关流程、知识、政策、行业发展的趋势和格局；

3、具有5年以上高端销售的相关工作经验，掌握海外投资企业经营管理知识和技能，了解地产、商业企业的管理知识和技能；

4、具有很强的判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力，以及很强的组织协调能力；

5、良好的团队合作意识、性格开朗，敬业精神与责任感强，工作原则性强；
