工作职责：

1. 按照计划和作业指导书进行预防性维修，并填写维修记录。

2. 对设备进行日常的点检，发现问题，及时解决和报告。

3. 按计划完成日常维修任务和临时故障的维修。

4. 操作公用工程设备（），确保相关设备正常运行。

5. 能对设备故障进行原因分析和设备健康状态判断。

6. 总结设备维修保养经验，持续改进设备维修质量。

7. 认真执行公司的各项规章制度，操作流程和作业指导书。

8. 认真贯彻5S的工作要求。

9. 参加各种教育培训；确保自我技术知识不断成长。

10. 执行分配的其它任务。

任职资格

1. 25-45岁，技校/中专/高中以上学历，机电相关背景。

2. 三年以上维修电工工作经验；获得维修电工中级及以上等级证书。

3. 持有低压电工操作证书，有高压证优先。

4. 较强的故障分析判断和处理能力，动手能力强。

5. 熟悉PLC控制系统和变频器。并有相关调试经验和技能。

6. 熟悉电气元件和控制系统原理和应用；

7. 身体健康，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，有责任感和上进心，具团队合作精神，良好沟通表达能力。

8. 具有较强的安全环保意识。有化工工厂设备维修经验优先。

9. 能适应翻班工作，会基本电脑操作，会简单英语更佳。
