职位描述
Duties & responsibilities:
§ Accept and agree on new format model in terms of concept, operation flow, KPIs,etc.
§ Establish installation quality standard and get alignment with operation parties
§ Establish best practice installation methods and get alignment with operation parties
§ Lead his/her team to establish training system which should be tailor made to different positions; Lead
customer presentation
§ Establish and optimize the Master Database for installation including price list and price structure§ Establish SRM
sys and database; apply sys to updated supplier database
§ Establish communicating channels with related associations as intelligence resource
§ Establish a regular working methods for collecting updated marketing information for management decision
§ Be prepared to supply helpful and updated intelligence
§ Support other parties internally and externally in the area of quality, engineering, SOP and KPI for installation area only.
§ Manage personnel on several interior decoration project to deliver good quality on time
§ Proactively take responsibility of interface with other teams, in a supporting attitude
§ Other tasks related to installation development assigned by line manager
Job knowledge/skill:
§ 5+ years practical installation operation experience.
§ Excellent management capability; excellent commercial sense
§ A concept and systematic thinker, with excellent logic
§ Excellent communication skills, able to efficiently communicate to both workers and management
§ Excellent English ability, oral and writing
§ Good office software skills, eg. Visio, project.
§ A quick learner, flexible, absorbing new concepts quickly

l 认同并接受新模式的概念/模式/业务流程,
l 接受相关培训,顺利通过考核,达到上岗要求,迅速进入工作角色
l 建立并发展家装质量体系标准,并和相关内外操作部门达成共识
l 建立并发展先进的工艺流程和标准l 带领专家队伍给客户做讲演和解释
l 根据内外部不同的岗位,带领团队完成有针对性的培训体系
l 建立发展新模式定额库和标准操作流程体系,包括成本体系
l 对自有装修项目的实施人员进行管理,创造实施的示范标准
l 对于上下游工作衔接地带的模糊任务,积极主动承担,不推诿,不扯皮。
l 支持配合其他部门有关装修质量/工艺/操作标准方面的工作
l 上级可能交付的其它相关工作内容
资格要求
l 丰富的装修操作实际经验,5年以上l 优秀管理能力
l 系统性思维能力
l 逻辑清晰
l 良好的中英文口头书面表达能力
l 熟悉各类常用办公软件,如Visio, Prj等。
l 学习能力强,善于接受新事物
