1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

This position is responsible for financial analysis and cost engineering and the creation, consolidation and management reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually analysis report, which will serve as a basis for driving further improvement actions to be taken by TATS management.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  

• Monitor plant’s financial performance on a daily basis by preparing a daily stats report; track plant’s financials (including overhead spending, PPV, sales, headcounts, BOM, consumption, factory efficiency, and scrap), and measure against budget and/or forecast by cost center/department; and work as a liaison with all departments by communicating department’s performance;
• Support Financial Analysis & Reporting Manager in variance analysis, foreign exchange rate evaluation, headcount analysis, and other analysis required;
• Assist in preparation of plant’s weekly reporting, monthly analysis/reporting, monthly forecast, annual operations plan, and strategy plan. process; and coordinate with relevant departments on volume and spending forecast;
• Support customer profitability analysis report;
• Support in business case update;
• Support in developing, monitoring and reviewing cost savings (ie VAVE program saving; CIS program saving, special cost reduction programs such as utilities savings, etc.);

Responsible for Hyperion administration for monthly actual, FCST, and budget process, including Hyperion account verification, retrieved spreadsheet maintenance, and data extracting, loading, and backup.

3.    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

  

• Educational: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  Experience: Min.2 years experience in accounting/financial analysis area. Experience with a MNC preferred. Good Excel skills QAD and Hyperion preferred
