1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

·        This position is responsible for the specification implementation; define test solution automotive active safety system, and support of all technical related Test Systems on steering product line (including test equipments and test software) to satisfy technical, quality, and commercial needs of the business.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

·       Provide software solution to customer and develop automated instrumentation test software and testing procedures to systems level testing of new design and modified products

·       Improve, create, and streamline new and existing software.

·       Working with Design hardware and Software engineer to develop specification documents for test development

·       Independently evaluate, select, and apply higher level troubleshooting techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for continuous product/process improvement.

·       Provide assistance on unusual technical problems.

·       Responsible for training technicians and machine operators during product launches and trial builds.

·       Perform work that involves common types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, and equipment.

·       Validate and obtain approval/sign-off of test equipment in accordance with department/company procedures with documentation covering (as appropriate): Calibration routines, Measurement System Analysis (MSA / R&R), Risk Assessment, Maintenance schedule, recommended spares.

·       Establish and demonstrate test capability, and First Time Test Yield goals.

·       Work with outside suppliers to develop production test equipment.

·       Work with cross function define PFMEA

3.     KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

·       Bilingual in Chinese and English.

·       MS Visual Studio (C/C++/C#, VB6.0/Net,Labview,Labwindow) for automobile (ECU, motor control, etc) 

·       Familiar with Vector CANalyzer, CANape is a plus

·       Multi-tasking of multiple projects.

·       MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Project scheduler).

·       Understanding of Statistical data for Gage R&R and Cpk analysis.

·       Orcad Schematic Capture and AutoCad or AutoCad LT experience is desired.

4.     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

·       Educational: BSEE

·       Experience: 3-7 years experience in Electronics Test or Design.
