1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Maintenance Engineer is a position in charge of ensuring that the production equipment is operated smoothly, assist OEE performance meet target

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  Responsible for new equipment installation and debugging with supplier, make sure new project will be launched smoothly and mass production

   Responsible for ensure equipment availability, reliability and trouble shooting. Fast response to support maintenance technician when equipment is breakdown and fix it in limited.

   Responsible for organization to analysis the typical fault and make preventive method. Optimization of equipment and continues improvement.

   Responsible for develop autonomously maintenance and PM instructions, update related contents and training operators and technicians to perform effectively according to requirements

   Responsible for internal training to maintenance team and enhance technology skill

   Responsible for spare parts management, identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list. Define the reasonable inventory and updated.

3.    KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

   Good English reading and writing ability

   Be able to read complex electric drawing

   Familiar with common office software operation

   Familiar with Siemen, AB PLC ,Bosh Rexroth tighten system and related automation software, strong PLC program reading and edit ability.

   Good electrics design ability to make innovation

4.    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

   Educational: Bachelor degree and above in electronics or automation

Experience: 5-7 years experience in electric design and machine maintenance (automotive experience preferred)
