任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above of Finance, Accounting, or other majors in commercial area; License of any Finance related (such as CPA, CMA, CFA, etc) is a plus.
2.Good analytic capability and reporting skill. Knowledge of and familiarity with financial analysis with at least 4 years of relative experiences in multinational companies.
3.Solid project budgeting/ forecasting experience.
4.Good communicators with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. Team players with ability to work to tight timetables and under pressure in changing environment.
5.Responsible, independent, self-motivated, well-organized, efficiency, analytical mind & detail-minded.
6.Good at oral and writing English.

职位描述
1.Operating on-the-spot investigations for strategic investment cases, as well as analysis regarding the technical, financial and management abilities of related entities.
2.Developing cost analysis, financial benefit analysis, value analysis, and sensitivity analysis for specific cases and plans.
3.Building and maintaining financial models.
4.Participating in various works regarding investment cases, such as negotiations, filing and reporting jobs, investment framework discussions, etc.
5.Participating in contract works for specific cases and plans, including research, contract drafting, discussions and negotiations.
6.Operating after-investment management and operation analysis.
7.Provide market specific ad-hoc investigative analysis to support decision-making.
8.Periodically review performance of business units via tracking and monitoring, as well as gap analysis.
