Role and Responsibility:
1. Lead the CI, Lean and 5S program implementation cross over Velcro China.
2. Coordinate and promote the Velcro Business Work system in APAC.
3. Promote the Velcro Business Work Principles and improve the organization activities.
4. Manage the EHS program in Velcro China to insure the safety culture in place in all the plants.
5. Provide the coordinate the relative trainings (Lean, 5S and CI as well as VWS) to all organization.

Minimum Requirements:
1. BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business administration, or a 4-year technical degree in related discipline.
2. 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or CI/Lean management, preferable in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
3. Computer Literate. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project etc.
4. Must have proven effective leadership, communication and people management skills.
5. Thorough knowledge of Continuous Improvement Principles including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

2. Ability to be flexible in assigned tasks and duties.
3. Ability to motivate, train and develop teams.
