Job Responsibilities:

1. Cooperating with other departments to set up cost estimation procedure ,make the cost estimation fundermental file and make it as accurate as possible step by step for estimation according to the company real production situation .

与公司其他部门合作建立成本预算流程，编制预算流程的基础性文件并结合工厂具体情况不断完善文件使成本预算越来越准确。

2. Do the intake projects budget , distribute the cost with financial department and adjust the real cost according to the real situation .

为拿到的项目做预算和成本分摊，并且根据项目实际的运行状况进行成本分摊的调整。

3.Cooperating with other departments prepare all basic documents related with cost estimation, such as cost estimation operation instruction, standardized cost sheets, cost review presentation template and so on.

与其他部门合作编制所有与成本核算工作相关的基础文件，例如成本核算运营文件，标准成本表，成本分析模板等;

4.Be responsible for tendering (including subcontract with internal trade) project cost estimation, analysis and control, to develop industrial scheme and evaluate the risk and opportunity, which should satisfy bid strategy of SM, to ensure that budget of target project should be competitive in the market.

负责投标项目（包括集团内部贸易分包的项目）成本估算及分析控制工作，制定工业计划并进行风险机遇评估，以满足市场销售部门制定的投标策略，保证目标项目的预算具有市场竞争力;

5.Together with project manager to organize cost review meeting of tendering project, coordinate related departments and find constructive solution to optimize cost..

组织召集投标项目的成本分析会议，协调相关部门推荐建设性方案，优化成本;

6.Collecting actual cost data of executed project and comparing it with the cost of tendering stage, in order to improve continuously cost estimation accuracy and process.

统计合同项目实际执行成本，并与投标成本进行比较，以不断提高成本估算的准确度和流程;

7.Cooperate with interal and external SAP team to developing costing related tools and coordinating to set up cost database，cost driver and baseline .

与内部和外部的SAP 开发人员配合开发与成本工作相关的工具并协调建立数据库、成本驱动因子及基准线;

8.Make cost planning for the orders/projects intake.

为拿到的项目做成本计划。

9.Cost control for the on-going projects.

项目进行过程中的成本控制。

10.Fulfill the work requested by the manager

完成领导要求的其他工作。

Requirement:

1.Bachelor Degree on engineering ,More than 3 years experience on IE in mechanical manufacturing area, working on heavy industy business prefer.

工程类本科学历,三年以上机械制造领域工艺方面工作经验, 重型行业尤佳;

2.Skilled at Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

熟练使用微软办公软件， 尤为Excel;

3.Familiar with ERP System ,familiar with SAP is prefer .

熟悉ERP系统,熟悉SAP 系统优先。

4.Familiar with cost structure and costing methods in mechanical manufacturing industry.

熟悉机械制造行业的成本结构和核算方法;

5.Familiar with material pricing standard of mechanical product.

熟悉机械产品的材料定价标准;

6.Know about mathematics model of cost estimation and master estimation methods.

了解成本预算数学模型，掌握预算方法

7.Master financial knowledge of cost accounting, gross margins, recoveries, cash flow, hedging, etc

掌握成本会计方面，毛利， 覆盖， 现金流，汇率等财务知识；

8.Minimum 3 years work experience in cost estimation field ,at least 2 years mechnical company working experience .

3年以上成本预算工作经验，2年以上机械工厂工作经验。

9.Good English and the ability for using computer;

良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力；

10.Have the ability to organize, cooperate, communicate, and also the ability of the official document composition.

优秀的组织协调及沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力；公文写作能力；

11.Earnest working and have strong sense of responsibility.
