Job Responsibilities
1: Ensure that Non Compliant products will not be sent from the supplier. Have ability to read, know and study kinds of related standards.
2: To give necessarry and suitable NDT method for inspecting products and reviewing documentation delivered from the supplier according to SN.DIN.EN standard and give relevant reports by yourself.
3: Analyse problem found during NDT process and give the solution.
4: To give necessarry support for any other task required by the management. Shall have responsiblility to learn knowledge of supervisor or inspector.
5: To ensure the accuracy and validity of NDT instrument.
6: Take the safety as the first priority, and have the duty to yourself ,SMS,the enviroment and all NDT instrument.
Requirements:
1: Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, material analysis and or NDT
2: At least 3 years experience in the field of quality assurance in an industrial operation in the field of mechanical engineering, heavy-machinery or plant design and construction. At least have certificate class 2
3: Command of oral and written English
4: Advanced-level training as technician or mechanical engineer.
5. Complete ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings
6: Complete ability to use PT and UT tools.
7: Complete ability to use UT tools, kinds of standards, acceptance standard
8: Good knowledge to perform qualified materials non-destructive testing
9: Good command of welding, welding technology and welding analysis.
10:Completed professional training as mechanical fitter or mechanic.
11:Quick grasp and ability to communicate and cooperate with the various specialist departments.
12:Ready to travel (also abroad)
