Primary Position Function：
负责工厂工艺技术管理、工艺操作, 安全,环保工作.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA’s)
负责组织落实政府及公司的各项安全、环保、职业卫生政策；
负责组织落实工厂的运行,以及生产操作的规范、标准，确保安全有序的生产；
负责工厂的日常运行管理，包括开停车、工艺调节、日常工艺设备检查、故障处理等；
负责工厂产品的质量管理，建立并维护工厂质量保证体系；
负责日常工艺检测 分析，优化运行模式，实现最佳生产效率；
负责工厂操作人员的工艺操作培训；
负责运行文件管理, 包括修改和制定;
及时与相关管理部门沟通，完善生产计划。

Qualifications, Education & Experience
研究生及以上学历，化学应用及化学工程等相关专业。
良好的英语和电脑使用技能。
3-5年冶炼，无机化工等工业企业工作经验，特别是具有碳酸锂产品技术及生产等相关经验者优先。
