1、具有化学化工等相关专业专科以上学历； 3年以上化工工厂车间管理经验，有精细化工和有机合成行业经验者尤佳；

2、具有很强的责任感，工作主动、执行力强；较强的组织、计划、协调、沟通、综合管理能力及敏锐的洞察力；

3、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正，具有亲和力。 吃苦耐劳，能长期承受工作压力。
