Job Dimensions岗位范围
? To set up technical reliability team to focus on units reliability improvement
? Monthly report to management team for platform reliability results and suggestions for improvement
? To lead team to follow up platform preventive maintenance plan and implementation situation follow-up.
? Develop, prepare and Implement specified MOC
? Support project team in follow up of requirements of Chinese regulations and Arkema safety rules and procedures.
? Supply the technical measures to persist improving the effectiveness of equipment and processes.
? Leading for RCA setup for important failure of equipment and follow up actions to improve it.
? Leading to set up platform level standards for daily maint. activity and future projects
? Take ownership of CMMS system, improve usage and prepare for transition to integrated ERP / CMMS solution
? Develop technical system administrator for CMMS
? To implement rotary equipment vibration test and follow up it for all production units in Changshu ARKEMA Plant.
? Leading platform “return of experience” sharing and study headquarter REX and TA within platform
? Focusing on platform chemical leakage data and follow up for actions implementation.
? Setup long term reliability improvement action plan and leading to implement it.
? To check the reliability of existing equipment data.
Major activities and accountabilities主要活动及职责
1. Safety安全
? Follow company’s rules and regulations strictly; doesn’t work unsafely
? Wear PPE properly and keep PPE in good situation
? Participate in safety activities in department and platform, the rationalization suggest concerning for safety production is welcome
? Give good suggestions to maint. Team to improve maint.
? Analyze safety impact of technical changes and activities with HSE, process and production departments

2. Daily Management日常管理
? Prepare equipment running data to analyze equipment reliability figures
? Come out with recommandations based on data analysis to improve overall unit reliability
? Reliability reports to be issued monthly to management (both in English and Chinese)
? Participate in new projects, regularly tour on construction site with report/findings and improvement recommendation, Participate into commissioning of new projects
? Summarize findings of site inspections towards reliability improvements, reduction of waste and loss of performance
? Leading for RCA setup for important failure of equipment and follow up actions to improve it
? Regularly organize meetings with teams to gather information and opinions, give direction and coach team members
? Collect related information, improve / set up platform rules
? To implant vibration test for rotary equipment according to the plan, to submit test report on time and follow up the test result as information for equipment management and production process
? Participate in FAT vibration test for maintenance rotary equipment
? Leading platform “return of experience” sharing and study headquarter REX and TA within platform
? Focusing on platform chemical leakage data and follow up for actions implementation.
? Setup long term reliability improvement action plan and leading to implement it.
? Check the integrality of information、the veracity of data, and insure the reliability of equipment information

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge知识:
? Bachelor degree or above in Chemical equipment or Engineering or equivalent knowledge of chemical equipment


2. Skills技能:
? English fluent reading, writing and oral communication and clear understanding of technical documents

3.Experience经验:
? At least 5 years of technical experience in a process industry (or better) chemical company
? To be a helpful to have engineering experience.

4. Abilities能力:

? Systematic Problem solving ability
? Strong abilty to influence people
? High safety consciousness
? Well organized
? Be good at: organization and planning, computer literate and English literate in reading and writing
