职位描述
主要任务: 采用技术规范，对工厂自动化设备的维护（系统改造），安装，调试，修改以及新的改造研究，为生产提供稳定和安全的自动化设备和系统。从安全，质量及环境方面，监测过程控制符合技术标准要求。Contribute to reliable and safe operation of the company's automated equipment for production, through maintaining (via system modifications), installing, adjusting, modifying and carrying out new studies on the company's automated equipment, using technical specifications. Monitor the various standards that regulate the activity (safety/quality/environment).
?在自动化控制系统方面为日常生产提供支持，保证运营/维修作业的可靠性和安全性。Support daily operation on manufacturing executing system (MES) to ensure proper and safe operation and maintenance for automated equipment, in complete conformity.
?对生产和维修过程中的故障及不符合项，在识别、诊断以及小的修改方面提供技术支持。Provide technical assistance to production and maintenance on malfunctions detection and diagnostics and small required modifications.
?对所参与的工作提供书面和口头报告。Provide written and oral communication pertaining to performed interventions.
知识：
? 具有仪表或自动化专业背景知识。
? 具有聚合化学反应经验者优先。
? 具有工业控制硬件和软件知识，如PLC/SPLC，交换机，Wonderware或同类软件。
? 一定的专业英语能力。
技能：
？ 专业技能
? 结合各类技术标准，制定、理解和实施改造计划。
? 掌握自动化专业中所需要的办公软件。
? 仪表回路测试。
