职位描述
The position reports to the CRDC Director
Job responsibility:
? Ensure that the chemical engineering team runs at maximum efficiency and keeps an excellent technical level.
? Supervise the R&D activity of the engineers of the chemical engineering team, provide leadership and guidance to help them improve their performance.
? Develop the technical level of the team, so that it can provide assistance and advice to Arkema's plants in Asia
? Propose process innovations in order to improve continuously Arkema's processes, and to prepare future evolutions.
? Conduct all work in alignment with corporate safety policies
? Collaborate closely with regional and global R&D, and plants process engineers
? Collaborate with academic resources, specifically Chinese laboratories, to be aware of the latest trends and innovations.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Ph.D. degree or Engineer degree in chemical engineering
? Experience in chemical engineering industrial R&D
? Demonstrated track record in process improvement, development of new processes, innovation management, by patents, external publications, leadership in industrial consortiums or trade organizations, and awards.
? Fluent in Chinese and English
? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required
? Demonstrated leadership and team management competency
? International work or study experience is a plus.
