The job sought here is a Customer Service Representative(CSR) role to manage order handling with defect free and ensure customer satisfaction in partnership with business

Key Job Responsibilities would be included:

1. Manage order handling from order to cash with defect free

2. Take initiative for problem solving getting related parties involved

3. Acquire knowledge on the products and markets for quality order handling and effective customer interface

4. Show leadership having good working relationship with relevant function & business in company

5. Have excellent communication skill

Job information and working condition

Bachelor Degree

1-3 years CSR related experience or internal importing trade experience is required

SAP experience is preferred

Fluent English speaking and writing capability

Good interpersonal skill

Good communication skill

- Receive, handle and complete customer's orders in compliance with order process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rule. Meet the agreed performance/CSR productivity standard

- Demonstrate the ability to use added system and technology complexity

- Perform assignment /tasks, interacting effectively with other team members as defined

- Identity opportunity to improve our service to the customers, identify the defects of work process, and recommend corrective actions with root cause
