Function : Supply Chain Operation

Role Description :
The purpose of this role is to provide logistics service support for China's Logistics operation which relates to Order to Cash (OTC) and Material Flow Work Processes (MFWP), coordinate operational activities among third party logistics providers (3pl's) and target to achieve operations excellence & safety through management on day-to-day logistics operation, enable the safe, successful error free delivery of product to our customers at the lowest possible
Cost and efforts of seeking continuous improvement . This role requires knowledge of logistics operation process & procedures including SAP systems.

Job Expectation :
Job Expectation
? Day-to-day order tracking on logistics activity progress and troubleshooting in partnership with business stakeholders
? Drive operation excellence in focused business supporting area through execution compliance to operation measurement targets
? Initiate cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure smooth interaction and work flow
? Work in partnership with Mode SME on 3PL service provider performance management on day-to-day base; Record vendor performance defects; Initiate investigation and follow-up on improvement
? System transaction under SAP R2 environment
? Monthly vendor charge verification and support on payment process in partnership with finance
? Lead stocktaking efforts on selective warehouses and responsible for inventory record reconciliation
? Participate business initiated projects as logistics focal point to support logistics model & work process setup and responsible for respective implementation
? Documentation and filing
? Drive logistics WP optimization opportunities to achieve for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Indicative Activity
* Process requests timely and accurately for SAP transactions and operation coordinating.
*Daily handling of requests sent from stakeholders or to company's third party logistics company for import and local orders, imbound or outbound shipments and inventory movement management. Includes identifying, resolving
and escalation of issues along with adherence of related work processes by company and 3pl, etc.
*Day to day management of 'dedicated carrier/drivers' secured by
Logistics Purchasing and Mode Specialists when truck capacity is tight. Includes
assigning shipments to carriers and documentation/recording of
shipment data.
*Interacts closely with Asset Operations Mode specialists to escalate issues appropriately and implement logistics process improvements.

Education Qualification Experience
Bachelor degree
2 years + in Supply Chain is preferred
SAP knowledge is preferred
