KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

. Provide administration work necessary for the effective dept operation

. Responsible for clerical duties, such as transportation arrangement, hotel bookings

. All other supporting tasks, e.g team chart changes, etc

. Support on ad hoc request such as data mining, file compilation.

. Other administrative duties assigned by team manager


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件

. 3rd year student in University

. At least 3-4 days per week

. Team working spirit and willing to offer assistance to others

. Easy to communicate and follow up on assigned tasks within given time

. Good command of English (both written & spoken)

. Proficiency in PC operation, such as MS office, advanced skills with MS Excel.

. Able to anticipate periodic workload
