Key Job Responsibilities would included
1. Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competence in Diamond system
2. Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.
3. Take initiative and Work closely with Internal parties to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry and coordination of supply chain activities.
4. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
5. Acquire knowledge on the products and markets for quality order handling and effective customer interface
6. Contacts customer for payment information on all due and near-due invoices.
7. Researches and resolves customer payment discrepancies; works with customer and business to determine what corrective action(s) are required to eliminate future defects.
8. Handle incoming enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.
Qualification
1. The most appropriate minimum education for this position is a Bachelors degree.
2. 4~5-year related working experience and International trade knowledge is preferred.
3. Communication (verbal and written) in English & Japanese,), interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills.
4. Possess the confidence and ability to proactively address customer issues, business requirements and identify areas for improving profitability and 'making it easier to do business’
5. Must have strong, mature teamwork skills and a desire to work within a team environment. Must be willing to share ownership of successful improvement methods and teach others for the benefit of the organization.
6. The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.
7. Comply with internal and external control requirements.
8. Possesses effective accounting knowledge, and a working knowledge of Legal, Financial and ISO Audit.
9. Must be proficient in basic math, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
10. Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive under high stress
