Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
？ Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations.
？ Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
？ Maintain/keep financial reports in auditable condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.
？ Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.
？ Monitor key performance indicators.
？ Resolution of operational issues between finance and other functional departments.
？ Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA or other equivalent professional certification is preferred, but not necessary.
？ Minimum 6 years experience in finance or Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company. Those with working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
？ Strong English speaking and writing abilities. Must be able to communicate with people from different countries whose native language is non-English.
？ Trustworthy with unquestionable ethics.
？ CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
？ Experience with Hyperion and QAD is a plus.
？ Ability to work under pressure.
？ Ability to work independently without close supervision, but a team player.
？ Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions.
