职位描述：
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Arkema manufactures various Technical Polymers compounds in China to support the growth in Asia-Pacific region. New compounds are developed in CRDC (Changshu R&D Center), and then industrialized in our factories in China (Zhangjiagang, Changshu). The Technical & Process Engineer – Extrusion position belongs to Technical Polymers R&D organization in Asia; the job holder is in charge of supporting technical and process support for Extrusion.

ACTIVITIES:
In full compliance with Arkema’s safety standards, main missions of the job holder are:
- Provide Technical Support for Transportation markets (Automotive, Trucks);
- Provide on-site extrusion technical assistance at customers for both Specialty Polyamides & Fluoropolymers;
- Building expertise in extrusion technologies in CRDC (partnership, tooling);
(1) Technical Support for Transportation Markets
- Answer technical questions from sales & business dvlpt team
- Provide timely and concisely technical support (analysis, report) to customers through sales & business dvlpt team
- Provide technical benchmarking of competitor products with the support of KTC/CERDATO
- Provide internal & external technical trainings (customer, partner, toller)
- Provide support to marketing team (samples, technical information)
- Provide development support when required for Transportation-related new product
(2) On-site technical assistance extrusion support at customers
- Provide extrusion support at customer in China for both Specialty Polyamides & Fluoropolymers
- Issue and diffuse reports timely
(3) Extrusion technology expertise
The job holder is expected to significantly enhance the Extrusion expertise in CRDC. This task includes:
- Build up partnership for extrusion equipment
- Extrusion technology benchmark

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master degree in the field of polymer or polymer processing
- Language: Fluent in English/Mandarin, knowledge of French is a plus
- Attitude: Good communication, problem solving skills, proactive, willingness to grow/learn 举报 分享
