职位描述：
行政主管岗位职责  
1、组织办好公司各项会议及各项活动； 
2、负责组织各种员工福利活动及公司庆典活动（节日礼品）；
3、负责宣传文体工作，办好宣传栏；  
4、协助制定、监督、执行公司行政规章制度； 
5、组织公司办公费用的计划、办公用品的购买、管理和发放工作； 
6、负责员工宿舍管理及费用收缴；
7、负责公司各分行办公环境清洁卫生检查考核及总部各部门卫生纪律； 
8、购买、管理和维修公司固定资产； 
9、负责各项文件的收发及发布等； 
10、完成直属上司交办的临时性工作；


任职资格及条件
1、大专以上学历，行政后勤工作岗位8年以上
2、具备良好的道德品质，对工作有规划，有思路，具备较强的抗压能力。
3、需要有极强的沟通能力及技巧，有解决问题的能力
4、有广泛的行政工作经验及人脉圈子，能够快速响应公司需要的各项工作及活动 举报 分享

Jiangsu Guotai Guosheng Co., Ltd. is one of the key member companies of Jiangsu Guotai International Group Co., Ltd. (Its Stock Code 002091). It is mainly engaged in the export and import business of all kinds of garments, fabrics and so on.
