职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Assist Sales Development Manager to execute inputs & supports provided to the Nestle Water China-Retail filed RTM Team
? Assist Sales Development Manager to develop and implement Sales Models and promote within Retail sales team
? Assist Sales Development Manager to make sales force (inch at distributor) effectiveness and efficiency evaluation
? Implement sales tools (I.e., product catalogue, sales manual (selling approach & techniques, merchandising & market hygiene guidelines) and Sales Models/Channels' Management Best Practices through sale training courses in fields sales team
? Conduct internal & external RTM/Distribution benchmarking survey and analysis
? Collect National/Regional sales execution data and preparing short/long term business plan and analysis in term of RTM and Sales Models

Requires:
University/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
1-3 years experience in sales or sales training in FMCG industry
Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications - in particular Excel & PowerPoint
Profficiency in English language is needed
Good analytical skills, Communication skill and Business acume 举报 分享
