职位描述：
Strong knowledge of manufacturing plant operations process and standard cost system, especially in weaving,dyeing and fabrication.
 ? Familiar with Oracle ERP, especially for Cost management function, fully understand standard cost flow and setup.
 ? Monitor cost minimization strategies for two plants (textile plant and HTH plants), detail driven cost pool to achieve annual saving target, implementing and following continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
 ? Complete annual standard cost update and ICTP analysis.
 ? Strong financial and analytical ability, hand-on and high efficient get approach to provide useful information to management team.
 ? Complete annual budget and rolling forecast per global and region timeline, with high quality deliveries both in spreadsheet and PBCS.
 ? Establish and standarize reporting template where the communication and strategic plans should focus, including actual and forecast variances, significant observations, management's response, special projects and results, etc.
 ? Provide financial support and analysis around current business models and help recommend future enhancements for operations and business development activities.
 ? Strong asset risk management sense and independently deploy internal self audit program, including planning, work process draft, summarize findings and reports, and remediation action plan tracking; especially about fixed assets and inventory.
 ? Comply and follow up all procedures within the company, both VGC level and APAC region level.
 ? Coordinate process improvement projects and streamline procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks for plants from external and internal audit;
 ? Monitor key controls including monthly account reconciliations and perform test.
 ? Supervise daily transaction per DOA request and monitor Oracle process running effectively;
 ? Other task assigned by the manager and to be backup.
任职条件Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting.
? At least 5-8 years’ experience in multinational manufacture organizations in the field of accounting, costing, analysis and planning, internal controlling.
? Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese verbally and in writing.
? Solid experience with financial systems, Oracle/Smartview/PBCS is a strong plus.
? Ability to work & think independently, show can-do attitude with strong hands-on and high-execution ability.
? Initiate and adopt changes, keep continuous improvement.
? Willing go to plant and study from operator, engineer , area experts;
? Team player, proactive and self-motivated with results-driven professional, proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload;
? Detail-oriented, able to ask good questions and request help as needed.
? Strong communication.
