职位描述：
此岗位为实习生或应届生岗位，视工作表现可考虑培养、留用；
此职位工作地点在江阴峭岐，无锡市区有班车。

Mainly assit other order handlers to deal with daily work as below 主要协助订单处理员完成以下日常工作:
1. To Establish quotations, orders following customer need (type of material, quantity, quality) 根据客户需求做报价和订单(材料的类型，数量和质量)
2. To follow the orders & inform customer about difference during maintenance; 跟踪订单，通知客户维修期间的异常；
3. To establish the delivery note & invoice following administrative procedure defined & customer
specifications; 根据规定的行政程序或客户要求建立发货纪录和发票
4. Maintaining and updating the customer’s & articles data;维护和更新客户和货物数据；
5. Managing customers’ claims; 管理客户投诉；

职位及技能要求：
1. College education or above, major in Commercial English or International trade or related; 大专以上学历,商务英语专业或国际贸易等相关专业
2. good PC literature of MS Office; 良好的计算机应用能力;
3. Fluently English both written and oral; 良好的英语沟通能力; 举报 分享
