Be in charge of quality department with a team of 12 QC staff
Report to GM directly

Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的
Support continuous improvement of production process, optimize the procedure of quality control and product quality to ensure stability and traceability of production and meet the customers’ satisfaction. 协助改进生产工艺，优化质量控制流程和产品质量，以确保产品质量的稳定性和可追溯性，最终实现客户满意。

Specific Accountables Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 具体职责
1. Responsible for ISO document management, include edit/audit the relevant technical documents of
products during the process, i.e. quality plan, new product launching list, operation manual, process card, outsourcing list, etc.; 负责公司体系文件管理，包括编制和审核产品在生产中所需的各类相关技术文件，如产品质量计划、投产清单、作业指导书、工艺流程卡、外协和外购件清单等文件；
2. Design and improve the tools, implement and perfect product quality control. 设计和改进工具，实现及完善产品质量的过程控制；
3. Workshop tour, guide and solve any abnormal situation happens during process. Analyze the quality problem and put forward improvement measures. 深入生产现场，指导和解决产品在生产过程中产生的质量异常情况，对质量问题进行原因分析，并提出改进措施；
4. Supervise and check the process implementation, stop any behavior against the process discipline. 监督和检查车间工艺执行情况，制止违反工艺纪律的行为；
5. Assist HR to handle the production technical related training and supports to workers. 协助人力资源部对工人进行有关的质量控制方面的培训和指导；
6. Responsible for process control and analysis timely on root cause of quality problems and follow up; 负责生产工艺的监督控制，及时分析质量问题的原因并采取处理措施，做好处理投诉；
7. Responsible for ISO system maintenance and internal/external audit; 负责ISO体系维护和内外部审计;
8. Other work assigned by MD. 总经理交办的其他事宜。

Education Level/Experience & Specific Job Requirements教育程度/工作经历及工作特殊要求
1. Bachelor degree with process or material engineering background or above; 教育：本科或以上学历，材料工程或相关专业；
2. At least 5 years working experience in quality control or quality assurance，at least 2 years in supervision position in a foreign enterprises 工作经历：5年以上质量控制工作经验，至少2年外企质量主管经历； 举报 分享

MCD is one of the largest Plate Heat Exchanger gaskets manufacturers in Europe and supply gaskets for all types of PHE. For information, the annual capacity will be over one million gaskets by the end of the year.

Many of the largest Plate Heat Exchangers users specify MCD gaskets as standard when comes time for replacement. Large industrial groups (Exxon Mobil, Wartsila, Akzo Nobel, BASF...), Food producers (Danone, Masterfood, Lactalis,…) and Marine companies (MSC ShipManagement, Anglo-Eastern, Norbulk, plus many more) utilise our gaskets on a regular basis.
