职位描述：
? Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
? Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
? Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc.
and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
? Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment.
? Lead Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.
? Lead and recommend for in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
? Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.
? Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
? Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
? Be able to perform night shift duty if necessary.
