此岗位主要是渠道或经销商销售,可以home office,每月需回到工厂进行日常汇报和沟通。

Specific Accountables Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 具体职责
1. Achieve China revenue targets;达到国内年度目标;
2. Identify new customers and markets for the company’s products and establish appropriate distribution channels; 为公司的产品寻求新的客户和市场,并建立可能的销售渠道;
3. Provide technical and commercial support to customers; 为客户提供技术和商业的支持;
4. Plan customer visits, prepare reports and maintain customer records using existing CRM software;规划客户的拜访,用现有的CRM软件准备报表和维护客户纪录;
5. Develop a network of service providers, traders or distributors;发展服务供应商,贸易商或分销商的网络;
6. Help develop the company’s brand, while fully understanding and applying the company’s strategy;帮助发展公司的品牌,完全理解和适应公司的战略目标;
7. Prepare, implement and update the sales plan for China;准备,完成并随时更新中内的销售计划;
8. Prepare monthly sales forecasts; 准备月度销售预测;
9. Provide outstanding service to customer-raise quality perceived by customer. 为客户提供优质的服务,并赢得客户的认知。
Work requirement 任职要求:
Education: Bachelor degree or above, technical degree is preferred; 本科以上学历, 有技术职称者优先
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience selling process technology equipment- engineered components or maintenance/ service for food, beverage, light industrial processing or marine applications; 至少5年技术设备,工程部件或食品,轻工业,船舶应用等维修服务的销售工作经验;
Experience in establishing and managing sales through distributors;建立和管理分销商的经验;
Experienced and skilled in consultative selling;为客户提供销售方面的咨询经验。
