1. Provide quality customer service to Lithium Division customers by providing accurate prices and standard technical information.
2.Prepare sales orders for Lithium products by receiving, inputting and follow up on domestic and international orders.
3.Serve as primary customer contact for specfic accounts
4.Support information needs of business teams and industry managers
任职要求：
1. Undergratuate college degree. Min. 2 years of customer service experience
2, Strong interpersonal and organizational skill
3.Logistic knowledge is a plus
4. Basic knowledge about SAP is a plus
