职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Supervise and develop all Customer Service & Production planners; assist in hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplining.
2. Ensures individual and team benchmarks are achieved.
3. Manage all Order fulfillment activities, from Order Processing & Planning to Shipping Process.
4. Do the Order Analysis, carry out the allocation and avoid shortages to all customers. Troubleshoot problems regarding orders.
5. Define, manage and control production plan including backup plan for on time delivery to customer.
6. Analyze production mix, complexity, and capacity on daily basis and drive for optimum production schedules.
7. Co-ordinate for manpower and material needs with related department cross functional to execute production plan and order fulfillment.
8. Report on, Schedule adherence, OTD, PFA Forecast/actual, FG Inventory regularly and timely.
9. Improve customer satisfaction and resolve delivery, shortage and line down concerns by coordinating with in OUR CLIENT and Customers.
10. Interact more with critical customers and build relationship to avoid unnecessary issues.
11. Coordinate with Material Planning, Imp/Exp and WH to on day to day issues related to Order fulfillment.
12. Coordinate with PM and Customers on new program launch & ensure customer planned on pipeline filling with enough lead time & forecast.
13. Identifies errors and inconsistencies to established procedures and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
14. May also act as back-up to subordinate staff.
15. Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and "best practices".
16. Performs other related duties as directed by SCM Manager.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Other related.
2. 6-8 years working experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service field.
3. Excellent at Customer Service and Good at Logistics knowledge.
4. Familiar with ERP system, MRP & QAD knowledge is preferred.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Self-starter, creative, exhibits ownership, initiative, clear thinker and able to work as a team.
7. Proactive with strong leadership, growth potential, be willing to stretch and results oriented.
8. Excellent on Microsoft PC applications.
9. Good Mandarin and English communication skills.
10. Working experience in other Automotive and MNC is better.
