职位描述
Job Title: Hygiene manager
Report to: HSE director
Responsibilities:
Establish the objective and target for dept.
Identify and evaluate the industry hygiene hazard for specific work area.
Identify the proper PPE requirements according to identified hazards.
Develop hazard control procedures.
Provide training for employees.
Working condition monitoring and testing, and make sure fully comply with legal requirements.
Compliance management, including legislation collection and evaluation, permit application, etc.
Maintain good relation ship with local agency.
CMR(Carcinogens, mutagens or substances toxic to reproduction are hazardous to human health) substances investigation and reduction.
Identify the critical tasks for each operation unit, and conduct risk analysis for them.
Involve manage of change process as hygiene expert.
Continue to improve work condition for operation area.
Provide support for expansion project.
Conduct frequently audit for site.
Involve the incident analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor of Hygiene, Chemical, Safety Engineering, or related background
At least 3 years working experience in Chemical industry.
Good technical background and communication skill.
Good understanding of hygiene analysis methodology and tools
Be familiar with China EHS laws, regulations and related standards etc
Good oral and written skills in English
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working under high-pressure
Positive attitudes, high commitment and team-work spirit
Report to: HSE director
