Job Objective:
Direct responsibility for the Co-ordination of HTH tool cleaning and HTH tool scheduling. This includes the cleaning and scheduling of; all trial tools, production tools and developmental toolings. Assure the most safe, efficient and effective use of labor, assets and materials to meet customer demand for the highest quality products produced in HTH plant.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinate and prioritize tooling requirements with Planning, Manufacturing and Tooling employees.
2. Directly supervise the HTH tooling technicians, inclusive of all shifts.
3. Manage Tooling preventive maintenance schedule and records.
4. Develop and implement training schedules for HTH operators and Tooling Mechanics.
5. Maintain quality records as described in ISO 9001.
6. Work with Plant Manager to achieve reduced costs and waste in Plastics cost centers.

Job Qualifications:
1. College degree required
2. Minimum 1 years experience working as/with HTH tooling, HTH processing.
3. Computer skills required: MSOffice, basic SPC programs.
4. Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
5. Thorough knowledge of Continuous Improvement Principles
6. Experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Principles preferred
7. Ability to self pace learning including book, web-base and classroom participation.

1. Engineering and or technical degree.
2. Ability to be flexible in assigned tasks and duties.
3. Proven ability to motivate, train and develop team concepts,
