Job Dimensions工作范围:
?Find out unreliable point about instrument maintenance for the whole existing plant, and make action to improve
?Update the existing instrument management documents and loop drawing for existing units
?Prepare maintenance work for new project, include set up PMP, spare parts analyzing, commissioning, stock management
?Carry out related maintenance tasks for instruments safely to guarantee instrument SIL and mechanical integrity.
?Responsible for instrument calibration guarantee system.
?In charge of implementation of improving instrument equipment and process
?In charge of implementation of instrument overhaul plan
?In charge of maintenance for PLC/DCS of new project
?Set up new instrument management SOP in terms of calibration standard for new projects
?Back up I/E supervisor to maintain the day to day work in a smooth way
Major activities and accountabilities主要活动及职责
1.Instrument maintenance work execution
?Define the problem
?Write work order; do risk analysis with related department.
?Manage the worker or contractor to execute it.
?Write maintenance record; add this information into PMP database.
2.Spare parts
?Write spare parts purchase request.
?Confirm technical details
?Follow and push purchasing progress.
?Feed back the quality of the spare parts to purchasing team.
?Assist warehouse keeper to arrange the spare parts.
3.Project management
?Prepare PMP
?Prepare spare parts plan
?Collect the maintenance files
?Issue or update SOP
4.SOP follow
?learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, environment.
?Transfer all these information into daily maintenance work, also coach the worker to follow them
5.Management
?manage the terminal room for DCS/PLC, also include the site control cabinet.
?Manage the I/E workshop for access, goods order.
?Arrange work plan and manpower for maintenance work suitability
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge知识:
?University bachelor degree, majored in automation, instrument, industrial control.
2. Skills技能:
?Skill in computer operate, Office software
?Good written and oral English
3.Experience经验:
?At least 10 years’ working experience in automation, instrument, industrial control. Working experience in chemical plant.
4. Abilities能力:
?Good at organization and planning,
?Practical experience in field maintenance
?Strong commitment to result
?Good safety consciousness and teamwork
?Good communication skill and initiative working attitude
?Can work at high working pressure
