Job Dimensions
? The jobholder is required to implement products promotion in existing market.
? Technical support to customers
? Identify new demands in existing area and new markets
? Follow up market movements and evaluate trends in related area.
Major activities and accountabilities
1 . Technical development:
? Implement products promotion and sales targets to existing and new markets.
? Technical service to customers
? Analyze market movement and identify new trends and requirements
? Provide solutions to existing markets and new areas.
2.Sales
? Achieve sales targets as set in PMS annually
3.Others
? Keep good connection with customers.
? Finish the work from technical development manager and sales team.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge:
? Good knowledge of polymer science and technology.
? Good knowledge of chemical engineering, chemistry and polymer.
? Well master of English
2. Skills:
? Good communication skills.
? Flexible, straightforward and independent.
? Be familiar with Excel, PPT and Word.
? Good written and oral English.
? Frequent travel is needed
3.Experience:
? Education background in Chemistry, Polymer science and technology related area.
? Working experience in polymer synthesis or processing is a plus.
4. Abilities:
? Result-oriented and proactive
? Work under pressure.
