职位描述/要求:
Role Describtion:
· organize recruitment activities, such as recruitment request checking, role descriptions collection, Ad preparation, interview and selection, reference check, and so on;
· Set up a talent pool both from internal and external resources(including left staff) to meet the talent needs quickly;
· Deliver employee orientation/induction training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization
· Be responsible for labor contract conclusion, renewal
· Implement planed HR activities and projects, as well as policies
· Provide training and development plan to employees to enhance their performance in order to achieve the organisation's objectives;
· Organize performance Evaluation (PD: performance dialogue)
· Know staff and positions, right people are arranged in right position at right timing;
· Promote Enics value via HR activities, such as communication strategy, job satisfaction survey and improvement, etc ;
· Be responsible for compensation & Benefit
· Make regular and irregular HR statistic and analysis, reporting as well;
· Work as a super user to manage and maintain HRIS and recruiting system;
· Maintain HR folders and files to be neat
· Interpret and advise on new and latest regulations or laws related to employment legislation.
Requirements:
· Seven years HR hands on rich experiences in manufacturing services fields;
· In depth Knowledge on HR management;
· Bachelor degree (full time) is a must; Major in HRM or Labour Economics is preferential;
· Be familiar with and in depth understand Chinese labour law and regulations.
· Have basic knowledge of quality system requirement to HRM
· Good PC skill, especially in MS Office;
· Problem-solving skill;
· Good spoken and written English
